Meet the Owners
The Richards are a husband-and-wife team who started Black Ink Solutions as a way to achieve an optimal work/life balance for their family. They are highly motivated to use their knowledge and experience in accounting to bring that same work/life balance to their clients by providing a personalized accounting solution that meets their individual business needs.
The Richards family lives in a small town in central Kentucky. Stephen and Olivia have two daughters named Madison & Lola. They love spending time with their daughters and family. Just recently, the girls have discovered their love of the water and playing outside. In addition to spending time together, the Richards are also heavily involved in Real Estate Investing and own multiple properties in Hart County.

Stephen Richards, EA
Stephen grew up with a father who instilled a passion for Accounting and Tax in his son from a young age. Along with his love of numbers, the accounting and tax industry was a no-brainer for Stephen's career. He is driven by a desire to help people obtain their goals and build a better life for their family, friends, and their communities. Stephen has two years of experience in corporate accounting and is licensed as an Enrolled Agent allowing him to represent clients in front of the IRS.

Olivia Richards
Your first thought may be "Olivia married into this industry" but in fact, she wanted to be an accountant even when she was in high school; she also loves everything about numbers and math. Olivia will be graduating from Western Governors University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in the fall of 2022. She has one year of public accounting experience.
